Returns and Exchange

  •  You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  •  Please provide clear evidence (such as pictures) of the issue to help us assess it.

  • Once verified, we will arrange to send you the same design in the correct size or a replacement piece, as required.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom-made or altered abayas

  • Accessories (if applicable)

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

 

Shipping
